"The design of GreenWay is brilliant. I love the way the property lines meet but don’t infringe on our privacy. All the common land gives the feeling of spaciousness. I really appreciate the fact that I have a lot of land around me without having to take care of it.” GreenWay Resident
“It is awesome to be able to see the stars so clearly at night. I really appreciate that there is no light pollution that screens out the milky way.” GreenWay Resident

Sam & Sandy Matsumoto

75 Sweet Grass Lane (Lot 6)
"When we found our home in GreenWay, it was truly one of those "love at first "site"" experiences. In fact, my heart leapt - and my heart does not leap all that often. - Sandy Matsumoto
Here is our story -
"We moved to the Lexington area from Virginia Beach because my husband's employment brought us here. We started looking at houses in February and had looked on several occasions both in and around Lexington. Because I have never lived in a rural area we couldn't decide easily where we wanted to live - in town or country. We looked at numerous houses. After four or five visits here... hotels, fast food, exhaustion, frustration, and near despair, our agent recommended we look in GreenWay because we would have the beauty and benefits of country living - without all the grass to mow."
"So, on a February afternoon, after our excursion with the agent, we came out to GreenWay to see the house that is now our home. It is so beautiful out here. We have our mountain view, but we also have a few neighbors. We have grass to mow, but not two acres. We share common areas with our neighbors which includes pasture, barn, walking paths, and playground."
"We have all the benefits of country living without quite as much work. For our family, it is a perfect fit!"
